Raking lawns and flowerbeds removing debris.

Sweeping around the houses.

Cleaning gutters and downpipes weekly.

Checking for and removing hornets’ nests weekly.

Cleaning storage facility weekly.

Cleaning units outside.

Cleaning in general.

COMPOST HEAP

Digging compost holes.

Adding raked up debris to compost.

Turning compost weekly.

FLOWERBEDS

Turning soil over weekly.

Removing dead flowers or plants weekly.

Planting of new trees/shrubs whenever required.

FIREPLACES

Cleaning in-house fireplaces upon request.

Cleaning outside fireplaces after rains.

LIGHTS

Replacing dead light bulbs when necessary.

LAWNS

Mowing lawns and trimming edges weekly.

Cleaning around the houses once these tasks are completed.

Topsoiling where and when necessary.

Cleaning lawn-mover and weed-eater weekly.

PAVING

Repairing paving where and when necessary.

PRUNING

Pruning shrubs bi-monthly.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Checking for problems and repairing.

Fulfilling handyman duties.

Assisting owners in and around the units as long as it fits within the schedule.

General cleaning.

WATERING

Watering of plants weekly except when instructed not to.

WEEDS

Weeding lawns and flowerbeds weekly.
