MINUTES OF THE VIRTUAL (WA discussion) TRUSTEE MEETING OF THE TRUSTEES OF THE PADDOCKS BODY CORPORATE, HELD ON THE 4th OF OCTOBER 2025.

DISCUSSION

Items to be added to the house rules regarding pets, parking, noise and behaviour, and the use of common property, as well as a general resolution specific to building extensions/alterations, will be drafted and shared shortly. Joan Keyter to print and laminate house rules relevant to guests and to destribute to owners.

Dirk Visagie proposed giving BethNet the opportunity to present their internet services to owners. He will obtain a quote from BethNet covering fibre installation and a potential security solution, which may include cameras monitored by Fairbrothers Security.

Joan Keyter obtained additional quotes for the requested speed humps as well as quotes for the requested extra parking bays. See it here

Diaan Human agreed to assist in managing one of the workers, James Mosia, who tends to ignore direct orders, take leave without permission, and generally slack on the job.

Repairs to all roofs are well underway. Juan Wessels is taking care of that. Pierre le Grange will be sanding down and sealing doors of units that’s facing north.

The meeting was adjourned, although constant communication via the Paddocks Trust group continues as usual.
